The Story of Budo


 Budo

In the mid 90s, Kumasi went into deep slumber and when we woke up, the name BUDO was on every lip. Every young man wanted to be like him.Those outside Kumasi knew him as Kumasi Budo or Buokrom Budo, Ali Joe, Joe Kutaani, Wofa etc. The battle between Budo and Anloga Boozing is still narrated to this day. It was said that he could block traffic and collect money from drivers and shared the money among kids. It was said that if you were robbed of something and you reported to Budo, your things would be returned to you almost instantly. 


It is alleged that he was shot dead 15 years ago by his uncle at a short range after a brief disagreement. I only heard of him but never saw him nor saw his picture before until recently. How many of you know Budo?

Charles Bissue (Secretary, IMCIM) Akufo Addo and Dr. Bawumiah can never stop illegal mining otherwise known as galamsey. Never! Considering all the steps taken by this incompetent government since its inception in 2017 and its desire to fight illegal mining and the accompanying controversies. Only fools will believe them again! Oh yeah! But we are not fools. Don't give up on politics

Never give up! People are observing every action you take; people are observing every word you utter. Few days ago, in a brief conversation with a comrade whose name I will not mention for now, I got to know how other people must have appreciated me without my knowledge. I thank my Creator for that.  I must confess that sometimes it is not easy even for the strongest heart. Some betrayals and disappointments hurt so much so that if you have a faint heart, you may breakdown without ever rising.  Sometimes, you ought to tell yourself you are not into politics for anyone.
